Dates of Future Scheduled Parish Council Meetings can be found below

At the start of each meeting members of the public are able to ask questions or address the Council, but please note; presentations of pre-planning applications in the open forum before each meeting by potential applicants or their representatives is not appropriate. Following the close of the public forum members of the public cannot take part in the meeting unless specifically invited to do so by the Chairman.

PLEASE NOTE All minutes published are classed as draft until approved at the the following Council Meeting.

Agendas of meetings will be removed once the minutes of that meeting are published.  

Where the minutes have been produced minutes electronically these have been uploaded to this web page.  Signed copies of the current years minutes are available for inspection on request.

Older minutes are held by Nottinghamshire County archives and are available for public inspection on request.

In accordance with the Transparency Code for Smaller Authorities;

• The agenda will be published not later than three clear days before the meeting
• Draft minutes will be published, where there is no meeting at which to formally approve them, not later than one month after the meeting has taken place
