Foul Odours - Pears Factory

Local residents of Fledborough & Dunham have mentioned foul maggoty odours recently orginating from the JG Pears factory. Pears operate under a licence from the EA licence number EPR/AP3436DG. All residents who are affected by the odours are encouraged to report these occurances directly to both the EA and to the Pears Factory.

To report any complaints, please email [email protected] or contact the Customer Contact Centre on 0800 80 70 60 (24/7). This will ensure that a formal record is logged on the incident system and can therefore be assigned to the relevant team. The EA have advised that local residents should report as and when occurrences happen with dates, times and weather conditions too.
